From the heart of the city of Blois, we advise you to cross the Loire by the old bridge of the city Jacques Gabriel. Once crossed the bridge, you will find bike signs telling you the direction of Chambord. Stay on the bike path along the Loire to St-Dyé-sur-Loire for 14km. On your way you can admire the castle Mesnars. Once arrived in St Dyé, you will turn right to cross this charming village, former port at the time of the construction of the castle of Chambord. By forest bike paths, you will arrive at the largest castle of the Loire Valley. You can park your bikes next to the big hall, at the entrance of the village or next to the castle entrance. Feel free to enjoy the area by pedaling around the canal bordering the castle. If you fell in love with the banks of the Loire, you can take the same path to return to Blois. You can also take the route through the land crossing forests, vineyards and meadows successively punctuated by the villages of Huisseau-sur-Cosson and Vineuil.

You will pass close to Beauregard Castle, well known for its portrait gallery. Before arriving at Cheverny, you will cross the path of the castle of Troussay, said like the smallest castle of the Loire Valley. More than a few kilometers before reaching the castle of Cheverny.
